The new CATS trailer is here and it is chilling and more nightmare fuel! I don’t know why these cats walk on two legs. I don’t know why they have human faces. And I really don’t know why I think cat-Taylor Swift is kinda hot.
This movie is challenging everything I know and it’s scarring me. The film based on the classic broadway play arrives in theaters this Christmas and I am at the point where I just want to see how bad this train wreck can possibly be.
Cats is an upcoming British-American musical fantasy film based on the stage musical of the same name by Andrew Lloyd Webber, which in turn was based on the 1939 poetry collection Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats by T. S. Eliot. The film is directed by Tom Hooper—in his second musical film following 2012’s Les Misérables—from a screenplay by Lee Hall and Hooper.
Check out the synopsis for the film below:
The cast includes Taylor Swift, Idris Elba, James Corden, Judi Dench, Jennifer Hudson, Jason Derulo, Rebel Wilson, Ian McKellen, and Francesca Hayward.
The film is due for a theatrical release on December 20, 2019. Opposite Star Wars Rise of Skywalker.
