On Sunday, HBO confirmed that the beloved series is officially coming back—though not in the form of a third movie, as has been rumored for the last few years. Instead the show’s newest extension will be a limited series titled And Just Like That…
The 10-episode, half-hour show, debuting on HBO Max, will revolve around Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Miranda (Cynthia Nixon), and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) navigating life in their 50s. (Kim Cattrall is not involved in the series for, uh, obvious reasons.) Parker posted a teaser for the series on her Instagram account, pairing a video full of sumptuous New York City B-roll with the caption, “I couldn’t help but wonder… where are they now?” Nixon and Davis also posted the same teaser (see below).
But without Kattrall’s Samantha is it even worth it? I mean how with they write her character out? Maybe Samantha befell some horrible death like Charlie Sheen on Two and a Half Men.
