Let’s face it, the current late night shows are utter shit. Drenched in liberal ass kissing and less and less about entertainment. Conan O’Brien however held the line when it came to entertaining his fans. While others made us remember why we hate everything that’s wrong with the world, Conan took our minds off of it with joy and laughter. Sadly, that comes to an end this June.
After 30 years in late night comedy, he’s leaving for a new show on streaming service HBO Max.
He launched “Conan” on TBS in 2010 (and, later, a podcast, “Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend”) and he eventually achieved a status that few would have envisioned for him back in 1993, becoming the longest-tenured current host of a late-night TV show.
Despite his time ending on TBS, Conan’s future looks brighter than ever heading off to HBO Max.
