So while Warner Bros and DCEU booted good actors who excelled in their roles (Henry Cavill/Superman) and the only director willing to step up with a clear vision for their cinematic universe (Zack Snyder) they have instead doubled down to become more and more “woke” and committed to the crazed, cross dressing, woman beating Ezra Miller. Now the “Flash” actor is in trouble with the law again.
Miller, 29, was arrested for second-degree assault around 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday following an incident at a private residence in the district of Puna, near the town of Pāhoa, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
“During the course of their investigation, police determined that the individual, later identified as Ezra Miller, became irate after being asked to leave and reportedly threw a chair, striking a 26-year-old female on the forehead, resulting in an approximate half-inch cut,” according to a news release.
Some real super heroic stuff here.
Last month, Miller, who previously appeared as The Flash in multiple DC superhero films, was arrested in Hilo, Hawaii, and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment after an incident at a bar, according to police.
Police say Miller has been released from jail pending further investigation.
It was just a week or so ago that WB had a meeting about the trouble actor and we’re trying to figure out what to do with the Flash film that was pushed back (again) for heavy reshoots without Miller.
But this isn’t the first time WB has looked the other way with of their DCEU actors. Johnny Depp was abruptly booted from the Fantastic Beasts franchise after troubled actress Amber Heard accused Depp of abuse. Now it’s looking like she isn’t quite the victim as the trial goes on and new evidence is introduced.
“The Flash” is currently slated for release in summer 2023.
