Cinemacon Reveals The Title & Release Dates For Next 2 “Mission Impossible” Films

The 7th and 8th installments of “Mission:Impossible” are officially called “Dead Reckoning Part One” and “Two”. They will arrive in theaters on on July 14, 2023 and June 28, 2024 respectively. This title isn’t shocking as both films are filming back to back meaning it will tell a connective story and part one will probably end on a cliffhanger. The films are once again written/directed by Oscar winner Christopher McQuarrie who has wrote/directed both “Rogue Nation” and “Fallout”.
The films will see 3 time Oscar nominee Tom Cruise, Rebecca Ferguson , Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames, Henry Czerny and Oscar nominee Vanessa Kirby reprising their roles along with newcomers Esai Morales (“Ozark”), Hayley Atwell (Peggy Carter in the MCU). Pom Klementioff (Manthis in the MCU), Shea Whigham (“Boardwalk Empire”), Charles Parnell (“The Last Ship”), Rob Delaney (“Deadpool 2), Cary Elwes (“Saw”), Indira Varma (“Game of Thrones”) and Mark Gatiss (“Sherlock”).
