Get ready to journey further into the Upside Down because Stranger Things is getting a spin-off!
The streaming giant revealed Wednesday that the creators of the hit series, Matt and Ross Duffer, have formed Upside Down Pictures, a new production company that will develop film and television projects, including a “Stranger Things” spin-off, as part of the brothers’ overall deal with Netflix.
The company also teased a new stage play set within the world and mythology of the “Stranger Things.”
Also the Duffer Brothers are fast tracking a live action series based on the beloved anime, “Death Note.”
Netflix had previously released an American “Death Note” adaptation in 2017.
Stranger Things might be coming to an end with its upcoming 5th season but content from the Upside Down will continue to come at us for some time!
